Saint Louis College of San Fernando, La Union, represented by Dr. Leo Esteene L. Galap, Global Affairs Officer, signed an international Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the City of Taebaek, Gangwon State, Republic of Korea and the Municipality of Bauang on March 6, 2024, at the Farmer’s Hall, Bauang, La Union.
This groundbreaking partnership underscores the commitment of the Participating Institutions to promote mutually beneficial academic and scientific interactions, fostering the active exchange of working professionals, and engaging international students.
The MOU was also signed by the representatives of the Partner Institutions namely Mayor Sang-ho Lee of Taebaek City, and Hon. Eulogio Clarence Martin P. De Guzman, III, Municipal Mayor of Bauang, La Union.
