The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office I conducted an on-site evaluation at Saint Louis College (SLC) for its application to offer their existing graduate programs through Open Distance e-Learning (ODeL) for School Year 2026–2027 on April 25, 2026.
Members of the Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT), together with CHED Education Supervisors II, reviewed the institution’s compliance with CHED Memorandum Order No. 12, series of 2025. CHED Representatives Dr. Myrelle Faith D. Mina, Dr. Daniel Gonzales, and Dr. Ricky Cera evaluated the Master in Public Administration, Doctor of Philosophy in Management, and Master in Business Administration programs.
Meanwhile, Dr. Al Gerald Barde, Dr. Luz Relon, and Dr. Cristeta Dulos assessed the Doctor of Education and Master of Arts in Education programs across all specializations.
Assigned to review Master in Library and Information Science were Mr. Albert Subang and Dr. Caroline Castillo, while Dr. Dulce Solis served as the sole evaluator for Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling.
The activity focused on key ODeL requirements, including instructional delivery, digital infrastructure, faculty readiness, student support services, and institutional quality assurance mechanisms.
This initiative underscores Saint Louis College’s commitment to its vision of becoming a premiere innovative educational hub, advancing flexible and technology-driven graduate education in the region while ensuring full compliance with national quality standards.
