The Global Affairs Office (GAO), in collaboration with the Office of the College President, officially named the 𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫 (LISA) 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝟐 following a rigorous three-phase selection process conducted throughout May to June 2026.
LISA is the first and flagship program under the International Student Mobility (ISM) Program of the institution. This program aims to encourage student engagement in the internationalization initiatives of the institution. Also, it serves as an opportunity to empower the students by exposing them to the international academic and professional communities through participation in trainings, conferences, seminars, mobility programs, and networking activities across Asia.
Joining the roster of LISAs are 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐲 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐧 𝐎. 𝐀𝐲𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐥, a Bachelor of Science in Criminology student and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐀. 𝐑𝐞𝐲𝐞𝐬, a Bachelor of Science in Internal Auditing student. Together with Marian Angeline C. Valle of the LISA inaugural batch, they will represent Saint Louis College of San Fernando, La Union(SLC-SFLU) among the selected internationalization (IZN) programs, activities, and initiatives while assisting in the coordination and implementation of the institution’s internationalization efforts.

Moreover, the LISAs are set to participate the 𝟑𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐔 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 with the theme, Education, Hope, and Human Flourishing: Fostering Intercultural Encounter and Dialogue to hosted by 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐬 𝐀𝐭𝐦𝐚 𝐉𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐲𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐚 & 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚, 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐚 from 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟗-𝟐𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.
As they assume their roles, the SLC-SFLU community looks forward to their meaningful contributions in advancing the institution’s internationalization agenda. Through their leadership and active involvement, they are expected to help create greater opportunities and enriching learning experiences for fellow Louisians, ensuring that the benefits of internationalization continue to support student growth, global competence, and academic excellence.
