Saint Louis College of San Fernando, La Union (SLC-SFLU) formalized its partnership with Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages, Taiwan through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on August 20, 2025 in Taichung, Taiwan.
Representing SLC-SFLU in the ceremonial signing were Rev. Fr. Roderick G. Villamar, CICM, PhD, President, and Dr. Lea L. De Guzman, Vice President for Academic Affairs. On behalf of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages, the MoU was signed by Dr. Hwei-Lin Chuang, President, and Dr. Peter Y.T. Lin, Vice President.
Through this partnership, both institutions reaffirm their shared commitment to advancing academic excellence and international collaboration. Areas of cooperation include student and faculty exchange, joint research initiatives, participation in seminars and academic meetings, exchange of academic resources, and the development of special short-term academic programs.
This significant undertaking reflects SLC-SFLU’s unwavering dedication to its internationalization efforts, further expanding opportunities for global engagement, collaboration, and innovation.
