SLC-SFLU formalize partnership with PTEC

Establishing a pioneering partnership with an institution from the Kingdom of Cambodia, Saint Louis College of San Fernando, La Union (SLC-SFLU) formalized a partnership with Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC) through a Ceremonial Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) held virtually via Zoom on April 4, 2025.
The MoU highlights the commitment of both institutions to wade through academic exchanges to allow students, faculty, and staff to gain global perspectives through short-term programs and immersive experiences. Furthermore, it features providing opportunities to exchange knowledge among faculty and fostering shared dedication to innovation and excellence.
Rev. Fr. Roderick G. Villamar, CICM, PhD, College President, signed the MoU and headed the representatives of SLC-SFLU during the ceremonial activity. PTEC, on the other hand, was headed by its Director, H.E. Set Seng, PhD. He was joined by the rest of the administrators of the institution.
This initiative of expanding the network of SLC-SFLU manifests the dedication of the institution to provide transformative opportunities for both the students and faculty, shaping the future of education.
