Saint Louis College of San Fernando, La Union, Inc. (SLC-SFLU) joined hands with the Philippine National Volunteer Service Agency (PNVSCA) in a significant and meaningful MOU signing event on April 1, 2024, at Café Luis, Saint Louis College, Carlatan, City of San Fernando, La Union.
Rev. Fr. Roderick G. Villamar, CICM, President of SLC-SFLU, and Mr. Donald James D. Gawe, Executive Director of PNVSCA, led their respective institutions in establishing a cordial relationship to mainstream volunteerism in the academic community within this part of the country. The event was also attended by the officer of the lead implementing office of SLC-SFLU, the Social Action Center, Ms. Gloria Sison, her associate, Mr. Clarence Falsario, the Associate Dean of Student Affairs, Ms. Janine Rufin-Galvez, Dr. Leo Esteene Galap, the Global Affairs Officer, and Mr. Kenneth C. Siruelo, the Officer-in-Charge of the Policy, Advocacy, and Technical Service Division of PNVSCA.
