The Sampuso, Sandiwa, Sandugo: A Louisian Blood Donation Drive spearheaded by the NSTP1 students and Red Cross Youth Council (RCYC) of Saint Louis College, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross La Union Chapter, is a program that encourages Louisians to participate in blood donation activities and embody the essence of compassion and selflessness.
