SLC-SFLU seals partnership with Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia

Saint Louis College – San Fernando, La Union (SLC-SFLU) formalized its partnership with Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia, through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing held today, August 12, via Zoom.
The collaboration underscores both institutions’ commitment to explore and implement initiatives such as training programs, research collaborations, exchange of academic materials, faculty and scholar exchanges, sponsorship of cooperative seminars, workshops, and other academic meetings. These endeavors aim to bridge gaps in academic progress and foster mutual growth.
Signing the MOU on behalf of SLC-SFLU President Rev. Fr. Roderick G. Villamar, CICM, was Dr. Lea De Guzman, Vice President for Academic Affairs. She was joined by Dr. Leo Esteene L. Galap, Director for Global Affairs, Dr. Marilou C. Mondina, Dean of the College of Arts, Sciences, Teacher Education, and Criminology (CASTE); Engr. Melvin R. Esguerra, Dean of the College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA); Dr. Kahreen Lou C. Mondina, Program Head of MAEd and EdD; Mr. Niño Randy Flores, Research Officer; and Mrs. Viviene Aisha G. Baker, Head of the College Information and Marketing Office.
Representing Universitas Padjadjaran were Anggia Utami Dewi, Ph.D., Head of the Office of International Affairs, and Prof. Rizky Abdulah, Ph.D., Vice Rector for Research, Partnership, and Marketing.
This is another significant stride in SLC-SFLU’s internationalization efforts, through the Global Affairs Office, as it continues to strengthen ties with institutions worldwide to enhance its academic capabilities, broaden opportunities, and align with global standards.
