School Year 2021-2022





Preferably a degree in fields such as statistics, economics, sociology, psychology, statistics, computer science, or other related fields



With at least two (2) years of relevant experience (data visualization); or an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience in spatial data analysis and computing, big data management

Working knowledge of database software

Knowledge of basic computer hardware in addition to software such as Microsoft Office, statistical programs such as Stata or SPSS, and/or relevant engineering or mathematical programs such as Matlab, as appropriate


Excellent written and oral communication skills to share results with individuals and groups both within and outside of their scientific discipline

Ability to accurately compile and analyze complex data sets and create and update spreadsheets, graphs, and presentations based on data

Analytical ability to prepare reports, maintain data inventory, code, transcribe interviews, develop graphs, perform literature searches and identify concerns/ responses of participants that require termination of interview or possible intervention

Strong interpersonal skills; flexibility to coordinate scheduling with other project staff

Proficient typing and administrative skills to transcribe data, prepare correspondence, and maintain files


Exercises independent judgment in assigned area of responsibility; maybe expected to take leadership on certain project tasks





  • Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or Law
  • A Master’s degree is an advantage
  • With experience in the different facets of Human Resource Development
  • With active involvement in different activities of employees
  • With leadership capabilities


Basic Function

The Principal for Basic Education will manage, administer, supervise, and control all the academic activities of both the Elementary School and High School.

Job Requirements



·         Holder of a Master’s Degree in the field of specialization or in Education

·         Has a license as a Professional Teacher

·         Has undertaken research other than Master’s thesis or has devised innovative materials/processes to enhance the efficient and effective delivery of services

Work Experience


·         With at least 5 years of exemplary work performance as evidenced by outstanding efficiency ratings

·         Has leadership capability as evidenced by:

o   the ability to organize in-service programs/activities for faculty and students

o   the ability to serve as committee chair in school programs, activities, and functions




  • Graduate of secretarial course or any computer-related course
  • With knowledge and skill in using live streaming applications, Photoshop and other related photo/video editing software
  • With experience in general office work (organizing, updating and maintaining files)
  • With an exemplary work performance and experience as a secretary in an educational institution and or related industries
  • With confidence to deal with different levels of an organization
  • With above average clerical and organizational skills
  • Has effective human relations skills and can work with minimum supervision
