- graduate of accounting, business, or a related degree
- proficient in using accounting and payroll software or systems
- strong knowledge in applicable payroll-related laws, policies, and government mandated contributions (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) to ensure compliance to requirements
- with above average organizational, time management, and numerical skills
- high attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
