- Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management
- with experience in the different facets of Human Resource Development, especially in Recruitment, Selection, Testing/Assessment, Compensation and Benefits Administration, and Learning & Development
- with above average verbal and written communication skills, and comprehension skills
- has the ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision
- has the ability to maintain good relationship with employees and other clients with leadership capabilities
