CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — Hundreds of student-parishioners of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception identified key areas of improvement in the organization’s youth-oriented program through a needs assessment survey conducted by the Saint Louis College Graduate School in Barangay Carlatan on April 22-26, 2019.

Topping the list of areas that the 423 respondents deemed urgent are the invitation to participate in parish youth activities, the provision of more spiritual programs for the youth, and the conduct of retreats, recollections and Bible studies.

The survey, which was conducted by the graduate school students under the program Doctor of Education major in Educational Management for the course Philo 301 (Social Philosophy), will serve as the basis for a capability-building program geared towards enhancing the role of the Filipino youth in the Christian mission.
