REQUIREMENTS:
1. Copy of all sides of grades (at least 2nd quarter for BEdS and incoming first year college; copy of OTR for transferees, Juris Doctor, Graduate School).

2. Recent passport size picture with white background (showing only the head and shoulders).
3.Long white folder.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Incomplete requirements WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
Admission Test in ALL LEVELS is WAIVED.
