Admission and Enrolment Procedures (On-site and Online) of Incoming First Year College Students for First Term, School Year 2020-2021

  • Start of Enrolment: June 29, 2020
  • Last day of Enrolment: August 28, 2020
  • Start of Classes: August 17, 2020

 

Onsite Admission and Enrolment:

Admission and enrolment procedures:

 

  1. You may submit your admission requirements to the admission section at the SLC gymnasium.

 

  1. Proceed to your designated area for course/subject advising.

 

  1. Verify subjects assigned by your adviser and check/review assessment of fees.

 

  1. Proceed to the ID processing section for picture taking.

 

  1. To validate your enrolment, please pay at least the down payment as stated in your assessment form at the Accounting Office.

 

NOTE: (Enrolment by proxy is allowed)

 

Online admission and enrolment:

Students who will not be able to come to SLC may use the online admission and enrolment procedures:

 

  1. You may now email the scanned copy or photo of the Proof of Admission or Admission Letter issued by the SLC Guidance Center and your most recent 2x2 ID picture with white background to slc_sao@yahoo.comuntil August 28, 2020. Please follow the 5 easy steps as illustrated:
  2. You will receive an EMAIL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT from the Student Affairs Office (SAO), 7:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. to signify that your admission for enrolment is being processed.
  3. Once enrolled, an electronic copy of your class schedule and assessment of fees will be sent in your email.
  4. To validate your enrolment, please pay through the SLC accredited banks or at the Accounting Office at least the down payment as stated in your assessment form.

 

  1. On-Campus Tuition and Other Fees may be paid at the Cashier's Office from Mondays to Fridays, 7: 30 am to 4:00 pm and Saturdays from 7:30am to 11:30 am.
  2. Cash / Check payments should be payable to Saint Louis College.
  3. Off- Campus Payment
  4. Bills Payment Saint Louis College accepts settlement of Tuition and Other Fees through Bills Payment Facility with the following banks:
  5. China Bank Savings
  • With China Bank Savings, Tuition and Other Fees may now be paid through Over the Counter only
  1. Union Bank
  • With Union Bank, Tuition and Other Fees may now be paid through Over the Counter and Union Bank Online
  • Required references are:

Student Name
Student Number (7 digits)
Course / Program
Others – tuition fee, defense fee, etc.

**With Bills Payment Facility, no need to submit proof of payment (deposit slip, fund transfer details, remittance advice)

 

  1. Bank Over the Counter Payment (OTC). Saint Louis College accepts settlement of Tuition and Other Fees through Over the Counter (OTC) Facility with the following banks:

 

MetroBank Over the Counter (OTC)

  • Payment of Tuition and Other Fees may be made in any Metrobank Branch via the OTC Facility. Metrobank account holders or not can pay via this facility.
  • How to pay:
  1. Go to the nearest Metrobank Branch.
  2. Fill out a Deposit Slip with the following details:

Bank Name and Address:        Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company
                                            La Union-Main Branch, San Fernando La Union

  1. Present the deposit slip to the teller with the cash or check payment.
  2. Once validated, Metrobank teller will give a validated copy of the deposit slip.
  3. Before leaving the bank, make sure that your copy of deposit slip is validated with same details as submitted.
  4. Send a copy of the validated deposit slip /bank transfer details/proof of remittance to:

  1. Please keep you validated deposit slip as proof of payment.
  2. Get your Official Receipt during your free time at the Cashier’s Office.

 

BPI Over the Counter (OTC)

  • Payment of Tuition and Other Fees may be made in any Bank of the Philippine Islands Branch via the OTC Facility. BPI account holders or not can pay via this facility.
  • How to pay:
  1. Go to the nearest BPI Branch.
  2. Fill out a Deposit Slip with the following details:

  1. If deposit slip is not provided, you can use the BPI Express Assist (BEA) machine.
  2. Present the deposit slip (queue number if using the BEA) to the teller with the cash or check payment.
  3. Once validated, BPI teller will give a validated copy of the deposit slip.
  4. Before leaving the bank, make sure that your copy of deposit slip is validated with same details as submitted.
  5. Send a copy of the validated deposit slip /bank transfer details/proof of remittance to:
