                                                               NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL

HEAD, GENERAL SERVICES                                    

  • graduate of industrial/engineering/architecture or related vocational course
  • with sufficient knowledge and related work experience in carpentry, construction, and maintenance
  • with experience in maintenance of school buildings, laboratories, and other facilities
  • with basic knowledge of electricity and carpentry
  • with a record of active participation in different school activities
  • with above-average verbal and written communication skills
  • to start work immediately

COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

  • graduate of any four-year course preferably in the field of communication, journalism, creative writing or any related field
  • with relevant knowledge and experience in these fields is an advantage: journalism, copywriting, web content writing and social media management
  • with experience in crafting communication plans and has the ability to perform communication research, to analyze, and interpret research data including web analytics and media monitoring information
  • good organizational and effective human relation skills
  • excellent in presentation, communication and writing skills
  • web and tech-savvy and well-versed in current social media platforms and has the ability to use new media technologies for effective communications
  • has knowledge in administrative office work
  • can work with minimum supervision

 

COLLEGE EXTENSION COORDINATOR

  • graduate of any four-year course
  • proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe Photoshop or other similar photos/graphic editing software
  • with relevant knowledge and experience in community extension services and in organizing, updating and maintaining files
  • with a good understanding of the process and principles in doing extension work, project planning and deadline, resource allocation and safety requirements related to field activities
  • good organizational and effective human relation skills
  • has knowledge of administrative work
  • can work with minimum supervision
  • to start work immediately

 

INTERNAL AUDITOR

  • holder of a professional license in Accountancy
  • with at least one (1) year experience in developing and implementing internal controls and conduction audit
  • must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills along with strong organizational ability
  • must be able to obtain, analyze and evaluate a variety of information; organize, interpret and present it in meaningful oral or written form for varied audiences and provide solid analysis leading to sound decision-making
  • with a high degree of computer literacy
  • can work with minimum supervision
